Designs that are more complex in digitizing and embroidery may require an additional charge and will be discussed before order is started. Complex designs typically will have multiple thread colors and/or higher stitch counts (For example, digitizing and embroidering a full color image is more work than just doing an outline). Please reach out with any questions, I will work to try to keep things without a complex upgrade if you'd like but it may require simplify designs, using fewer colors, leaving some elements out, ect.

Premade items typically will ship 1-2 business days after order unless a custom is added. Then it will be shipped when custom is finished.
Custom items turn around times vary. Please contact for an estimate.

Machi K9 Gear does NOT accept returns on Custom items and DISCOUNTED Premades.
Returns on Full Price Premades must be received in original condition before a refund will be processed.
